Then, Rob Rogers, founder of Rogers Partners, discusses a proposal to build a chain of man-made islands for a 10,000-acre park in Galveston Bay to protect Texas from hurricane surges.

And, remembering real estate icon Gerald Hines, who transformed the Houston skyline. He’s credited for the development of The Galleria, the 64-story Williams Tower, and many other buildings throughout the city. He died Sunday at age 95.
