Innovative Risk Management in Dallas Names 4 New Partners

Innovative Risk Management (IRM), a specialty program management firm based in Dallas and established in 1991, has added four new partners to help secure the continued success of the organization.

Chris Lovisone has held the role of chief operating officer since 2014. Lovisone holds a Master of Business Administration from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management in Houston and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kan.

Brian Ricci, director of Marketing since 2011, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Angelo State University. He received his CPCU designation in 2005 from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.

Lisa Hamman joined IRM in 1992 and currently serves as vice president of Operations. Hamman was one of the first employees hired at IRM and has contributed to the growth and maturation of the organization in various roles through the years.

Jeff Bromberg has been IRM’s General counsel since 2010. Bromberg obtained a baccalaureate degree from Rutgers College and was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha- National Political Science Honor Society. In 1994 he obtained a juris doctor from Rutgers-Camden School of law after having won an Am-Jur Award in Constitutional law.

IRM administers both captive and specialty insurance programs from its headquarters in Dallas.
