Seahawks sign DT Myles Adams to futures contract

The Seattle Seahawks signed defensive tackle Myles Adams to a futures contract, bringing their total of futures contracts to 13 along with John Ursua.

Adams has not played a single professional snap. He went undrafted out of Rice University and spent only a few weeks on the Panthers practice squad before his release ahead of the start of the 2020 season. He later spent most of December on Seattle’s practice squad.

With no professional experience, Adams will need reps if the Seahawks expect him to make the roster for next season, let alone contribute.
