UofL women hold on to #1 ranking

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The UofL women remain #1` in the nation. They held on to the top after moving into it for the first time in school history last week.
The Cards are 14-0, after a 67-54 win over #23 Syracuse on Thursday and a 65-63 win at Wake Forest on Sunday.
UofL hosts Miami on Tuesday at 4 p.m. and North Carolina on Thursday at 8 p.m. before a match up with #2 NC State on Monday night at 7 p.m.
Cards guard Dana Evans was named ACC Player of the Week after averaging 23 points a game in their two wins.
