Banks, Tech Giants Join Law Firms Backing Reynen Court (Correct)

Reynen Court Inc., a legal technology platform backed by 20 law firms, announced Friday that 20 corporate law departments are also supporting its business.

Half of the new collaborators are global financial institutions such as Barclays PLC, BNP Paribas SA, Morgan Stanley, and UBS AG, Reynen said. The remainder include leading technology companies such as Intel Corp. and Cisco Systems Inc., the latter of which recently hired a new chief legal officer.
