Taylor Hess has been named Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance with oversight responsibilities of Men's and Women's Basketball, it was announced today.
 
Hess comes to Villanova from the University of Arizona where he has spent the past three years, most recently serving as Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance. Prior to his stint in Tucson, Hess was a part of the Compliance staffs at the University of Kansas, Rice University and his undergraduate alma mater, Southern Methodist University.
 
He helps fill the void crated last spring when Malcolm Grace departed Villanova to accept a Deputy Athletic Director's post at George Mason University.

"This position was created in 2017 as we looked to further enhance our commitment to NCAA Rules Compliance in our flagship sports of men's and women's basketball."
