All schools districts have reopened except for the following:
School Districts
Angleton ISD
Angleton ISD schools are closed through Wednesday.
All after-school events and activities — including practices — are canceled.
Brazosport ISD
Brazosport ISD schools are closed through at least Wednesday.
Clear Creek ISD
On Tuesday, Clear Creek ISD announced schools will reopen Wednesday with the exception of Hyde Elementary and League City Elementary, which remained without power at the time. The district added that if power was restored it would notify families by 6:30 a.m., and those schools would open as normal Wednesday.
High schools have late arrival on Wednesday.
All absences are excused.
Danbury ISD
Danbury ISD will be closed through Wednesday, including after-school activities.
Dickinson ISD
Dickinson ISD schools will be closed through Wednesday.
Fort Bend ISD
Classes and activities resume at Fort Bend ISD elementary, middle and high schools Wednesday, except for the below schools impacted by power outages:
- Baines Middle School
- First Colony Middle School
- Fort Settlement Middle School
- Hodges Bend Middle School
- Schiff Elementary School
- Settlers Way Elementary School
- Sullivan Elementary School
Galveston ISD
Galveston ISD is closed through Wednesday, and all school events and activities are canceled.
Hitchcock ISD
Hitchcock ISD is closed through Wednesday.
Huffman ISD
Falcon Ridge Elementary, Huffman Middle and Hargrave High School will be open Wednesday. A determination for classes at Huffman Elementary and DAEP was set to be announced by 5:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Pasadena ISD
South Houston Intermediate School will be closed Wednesday.
Santa Fe ISD
Santa Fe ISD will be closed through Wednesday, with afternoon activities canceled.
Spring Branch ISD
All SBISD schools return Wednesday except Memorial High School and Rummel Creek Elementary School, which were still without power as of Tuesday night.
Stafford Municipal School District
Schools are closed Wednesday, though some student activities may continue as planned.
Sweeny ISD
Sweeny ISD schools and offices are closed through at least Wednesday.
Texas City ISD
Texas City ISD is closed through at least Wednesday.
