XC: Rabius Named SLC Cross Country Athlete of the Week

FRISCO, Texas – Following a top-five finish in the Huskies' season-opening meet, senior Jessica Rabius has been named Southland Conference Cross Country Athlete of the Week.

The honor for the senior comes after she placed fifth at the Rice Invitational this past Friday, finishing in 14:10.6 in the 4,000 meter race. That time was more than two minutes better than her previous PR in the 4k.

The Huskies will run again on Saturday, Sep. 25, in Lake Charles, La. at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede.
