Speakers will share their perspectives on the Druze religion, the Baha'i faith and the life of the Prophet Muhammad.

Northeastern University Processor Bill Miles will present “The Original Unitarians: Druze of the Middle East” on Oct. 26. Professor Miles spent eight months living as the only Westerner in a Druze village in the Upper Galilee of Israel. Professor Miles, a Fulbright award recipient and author, will share his experience with this long secretive religion.

Ramin Abrishamian will present a talk on the Baha’i faith Oct. 9. As a devoted follower and member of the Baha'i community, Abrishamian will explain the history and teachings of the Baha'i religion. Abrishamian is active in Needham organizations dedicated to eliminating prejudices.
