DENTON, Texas – North Texas women's basketball (14-10, 8-6) will hit the road for the final time this season against LA Tech (16-10, 8-7). Tip-off is set for 6 p.m. (CT) inside Thomas Assembly Center on Saturday night. The game will broadcast on CUSA.TV and Zac Babb will cover the air waves on KNTU 88.1 FM.

The Mean Green are one of the hottest teams in the country riding a league-best six game win streak. The six wins in a row is also a program-best since joining C-USA in 2013. The Mean Green are looking to tie a school record for the most consecutive road wins with five. A win on Thursday would put this years' squad in rare air.

UNT will finish up the regular season with a two game homestand against UTSA (Mar. 3) and UTEP (Mar. 5) inside the Super Pit.

QUOTING HEAD COACH JALIE MITCHELL
"It will be good to get back on the court following our cancelation. I thought the first time around we didn't play our best ball from an energy and intensity stand point. We were missing Aly Gamez and we're playing better than we were back then. Even with this break in schedule we're looking for our consistency on both ends of the floor. I expect Saturday's matchup to be a good one."
