Jacob Young has played against nine teams from his home state of Texas during his six-year college career, which began with the Longhorns.

The most prominent of the 14 Lone Star state programs the Oregon guard has yet to play in a game will be crossed off the list on Saturday (9 a.m. PT, ESPN) when the Ducks visit top-seeded Texas A&M in the second round of the men’s National Invitation Tournament. Young, who is from Houston, did face the Aggies in a preseason exhibition at Rice several years ago, but those scrimmages are in empty gyms and don’t go in record books.
