TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Tulsa police arrested a man accused of threatening to shoot hospital staff at Saint Francis South.
Around 1:20 p.m. on Monday, officers responded to a disturbance at the hospital near 91st and Highway 169.
Police say Gary Becker, 63, became upset over the food he received during his dialysis treatment and threatened to shoot the person who prepared the meal.
He also allegedly got upset a second time when his glasses were missing.
According to witnesses, Becker said, "I should shoot the ER people for losing my glasses."
He was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County jail for threatening a violent act.
