This form gives permission for my student to walk independently at dismissal for the 2022/2023 school year.
A new form is needed each year.

Krystal students designated as “walkers” will be given a backpack tag that will give them permission to exit through the “walker gate” located at the bus circle on Farmdale Ave. From there the students will be escorted down Farmdale Ave to the corner of Farmdale Ave and Krystal Dr. There the students will be crossed into the dirt field where they are dismissed independently to meet their ride or continue walking home.

If you wish to have your student designated as a “walker”, sign virtually below.
This form must be submitted at least 2 hours to dismissal for your student to be permitted to walk home that day. Otherwise, your student may begin to walk the following day.
