This apprenticeship is a 24-month learning and development program. Apprentices are required to start in person at their designated in-office and commit to full-time participation (around 40 hours per week) for the duration of the course. The program gives students who want to start a career in a career in Project Management. The opportunity to work with a Google team while also receiving classroom instruction.
Responsibilities
- Acquire general project management abilities across a range of disciplines as well as the abilities required for risk, change, and communication management.
- Discover a variety of tools and methods, such as how to analyze data for actionable insights and how to offer recommendations that are supported by the available facts.
- Discover how to manage internal resources for project execution, communicate reports and documents to project teams, and support stakeholders on a regular basis.
- hone your communication and teamwork abilities, and establish cooperative relationships with peers, superiors, and colleagues.
- Acquire an understanding of project scope (e.g., deadlines, financials, outcomes, etc.), how to ensure thorough project documentation, and create/review reports.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience are eligible to apply.
- After graduation, you can only work in the field of Project Management for no more than a year.
- knowledge of Google Workspace or related programs, such as Gmail, Chrome, Docs, and Sheets.
- fluency in writing and speaking English.
Preferred Qualifications
- understanding of data analysis or a passion for math and patterns.
- ability to function both alone and in a collaborative environment.
- The capacity to negotiate complex tasks, develop workable solutions, and, as necessary, seek assistance or advice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
